All the Downloads within “Components”, as well as the Collection Viewer in “Exhibits / Templates”, have been updated to version 2.0.1.

I am now trying to download via my Windows 7 machine. All I get after download is a .man file? Any suggestions?

  • Profile picture of OE Admin OE Admin said 1 year ago:

Jackie, are you getting the .man file directly from the download link?

I was getting a .man file yesterday instead of a .air file. However, renaming the file to .air seemed to resolve the (odd) problem.

Hi, I’m having the same problem as Giovanni. I don’t even get to the point of reviewing the license agreement. After clicking “weiter” (next) it says it’s installing but when the progress bar is full a blank window pops up (saying “OpenExhibits 2″ in the title) and then nothing. I have win7 x64, the newest air, uninstalled all previous versions of OE, tried Giovanni’s tip with the “allways allow” in flashplayer’s security settings, even disabled my firewall while installing, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be great.
