About the Conference

The HCI+ISE Conference brought together 60 museum exhibit designers and developers, learning researchers, and technology industry professionals to explore the potential impact of new HCI technologies in ISE settings. The Conference theme was the balance between exhibit technology and the visitor experience.

  


Held in June, 2013 in Albuquerque, New Mexico attendees engaged in a variety of different activities at diverse set of venues. Most of the session were held at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, but additional events were held at Explora, the New Mexico of Museum of Natural History and Science and the Ideum design studio.
